"I found the hotel to be lacking in attention to details, primarily making sure all mechanical equipment was in working order, etc. The first room I had had a problem with the air conditioner leaking or a roof/window leak - the carpet was soaked and water was leaking from the windowsill into the air conditioner. The staff was very helpful and considerate and gave me another room right away. The second room I was given had a coffeemaker that would not fit together, which was replaced. Generally the hotel was comfortable and excellently located for my purposes - and relatively inexpensive. That is why I'd recommend it. However, I would tell whoever was staying there to make sure everything was in working order and ask for what they needed."
